Your License Is Enough.
Towne Kids
Trains You for the Rest.

What Zero Experience Really Means Here
Why You’re a Perfect Fit for Towne Kids
Many agencies claim to accept newly U.S.-licensed nurses, but most still prefer candidates with hospital experience.
Towne Kids genuinely does not. Here is why zero experience is not a problem for us, it is actually part of the design.
Pediatric home care is a specialty
The skills needed for pediatric home care in New Jersey are specific enough that Towne Kids trains every nurse before deployment, regardless of how much hospital experience they have.
The training program was built for this
Towne Kids’ one-month clinical training program, covering online modules and simulation labs, was specifically designed to prepare nurses who have not yet worked in a clinical setting.
A 1:1 ratio removes the overwhelm
Unlike hospital nursing where one nurse handles multiple patients simultaneously, Towne Kids’ 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio means your first clinical role in the USA is focused and manageable.
Many of our 300+ nurses started fresh
A significant number of the Filipino nurses already deployed to New Jersey through Towne Kids had zero bedside experience before they began the program. They are working successfully today.

Why This Is Different
Home Care vs. Hospital Nursing
Many newly licensed nurses assume hospital nursing in the USA is the only path. Here is why pediatric home care with Towne Kids is actually the better starting point.
Hospital nursing for fresh graduates
- Most US hospitals require 1 to 2 years of local experience for foreign applicants
- Multiple patients per shift from day one, overwhelming for first-time clinical nurses
- Faster pace with less structured mentorship for new nurses
- Visa sponsorship is less common and often tied to specific hospital contracts
Towne Kids pediatric home care
- Zero experience required, Towne Kids trains you completely
- 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, focused and manageable from day one
- Structured one-month training before your first shift
- Full EB-3 visa sponsorship plus your entire family included
