The Heart of Healthcare: Towne Kids Quarterly Nurse Appreciation Event
Some milestones are measured in numbers. Others are measured in moments. For the Filipino nurses gathered at the Towne Kids quarterly appreciation event in the United States, this was one of those moments.
Towne Kids recently held its quarterly appreciation event to recognize the deployed nurses who are living the American Dream and making a difference every day in the homes and lives of the patients they serve in New Jersey.

Ms. Mindy Personally Celebrated Every Nurse
What made this gathering stand out was not just the occasion itself. It was who showed up to lead it.
Ms. Mindy, CEO of Towne Kids, personally presented certificates to every nurse in attendance, celebrating their dedication and the contributions they continue to make as part of the Towne Kids family in the United States.
Furthermore, her presence at the event sent a clear message. At Towne Kids, the people who do the work are seen by the people who lead the company. Not through a memo or a social media post, but face to face, with a certificate in hand and genuine gratitude behind it.
For many nurses who left the Philippines with a dream and endured the long process of NCLEX preparation, visa sponsorship, and deployment, being recognized in this way by the CEO of their employer is a moment worth remembering.

More Than Certificates
The certificates were symbolic. However, what the event represented went deeper than any formal recognition.
This gathering was a reminder that every effort, every milestone, and every act of care deserves to be celebrated. Pediatric home care nursing is not an easy role. It requires patience, clinical precision, and a quality of compassion that cannot be taught in a classroom. The nurses in that room bring all of that to work every single day, for children and families who depend on them completely.
In addition to the individual recognition, the event reinforced something that Towne Kids has built since its founding. A community of Filipino nurses in the United States who support one another, celebrate together, and share the experience of building a new life in a new country as a team.
Gratitude From Towne Kids
Congratulations to every nurse who was part of this celebration. Towne Kids is genuinely grateful to have each of you as part of the family. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. Your milestones are shared milestones.
As the Road to 400 continues, events like this are a reminder of what that number actually represents. It is not just a deployment count. It is 300 and counting Filipino nurses who made a courageous decision, completed the journey, and are now building careers and lives in New Jersey with the full support of Towne Kids behind them.
Here is to more achievements and milestones together.
You Can Be Next
If you are a Filipino Registered Nurse who has passed the NCLEX and is ready to begin your own USRN journey, Towne Kids is ready for you. No hospital experience is required. Full EB-3 visa sponsorship, clinical training, and family inclusion are all part of the program.
Take your NCLEX and send us a message. The next appreciation event could have your name on a certificate too.
