Towne Kids at the IELTS British Council Philippines: A Perfect Match for Growth, Collaboration, and Success
On July 30, Towne Kids was honored to be part of something bigger than a single event. The IELTS British Council Philippines hosted The Perfect Match: Where Partnerships Meet Success, a speed networking session that brought together organizations united by a shared goal, building meaningful collaborations and creating real opportunities for the people they serve.
Towne Kids was proud to be in that room.

When the Right Partners Find Each Other
The Perfect Match event was designed around a simple but powerful idea. Behind every Filipino nurse who successfully deploys abroad is a network of organizations working in the same direction. NCLEX review centers, English proficiency testing bodies, recruitment partners, immigration firms, and direct hire agencies all play a role in the same journey. Events like this bring those organizations together face to face.
Furthermore, the speed networking format made the session especially productive. Towne Kids connected with existing partners and met potential new collaborators who share the same commitment to empowering Filipino nurses. Because of this structure, the conversations were focused, specific, and built around genuine alignment rather than surface-level introductions.

Reconnecting With Trusted Partners
Towne Kids was delighted to reconnect with organizations that are already part of the Towne Kids trusted partner network. British Council IELTS is one of the recognized English proficiency testing options accepted in the CGFNS Visa Screen process, which forms a critical part of every Filipino nurse’s EB-3 deployment pathway.
In addition to reconnecting with existing partners, Towne Kids also met potential new collaborators at the event. These are organizations that share the mission of helping Filipino nurses navigate the complex process of qualifying for and deploying to nursing roles in the United States. Growing this network means more resources, more pathways, and more support available to every nurse who enters the Towne Kids program.
Behind Every Successful Nurse Is a Strong Community
This is something Towne Kids genuinely believes. The Road to 400 is not something Towne Kids achieves alone. It is the result of over 300 Filipino nurses who made courageous decisions, supported by a growing network of trusted partners, review centers, testing bodies, and community organizations that each play a role in making the journey possible.
Moreover, events like The Perfect Match are a reminder that community-building is an ongoing effort. Every new partnership Towne Kids forms at events like this has the potential to open another door for a Filipino nurse who is currently preparing for their NCLEX, completing their English test, or waiting for their priority date to become current.
Be Our Next Success Story
Towne Kids continues to build the network and the program that makes the American Dream real for Filipino nurses. The Road to 400 is actively underway, and the next nurse in that count could be you.
Take the NCLEX, join the Towne Kids Road to 400, and start your journey toward a USRN career in New Jersey today.
